"Incredible omakase experience. Sushi tokiwa is the 9 person omakase room in restaurant suntory. This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! Incredible fresh sushi that melts in your mouth. We did the $100 lunch and had approximately 12 courses over an hour, which for omakase, the quality, luxury space and service I thought was a very fair price. Very traditional menu and Japanese service. Watching the master chef create the sushi is mesmerizing, it is a performance and an art. We were a group of four and had our own private chef. My parents said it was the best salmon, eel and sardines they’ve ever had. The service was incredible and the space is stunning. The chef and team answered all of our questions about the sushi and we learned a lot. Our chef waited by the exit to give us a bow goodbye. Couldn’t recommend more for a special experience."
