"The fried shrimp were decent sized….but the breading was a little thick and mushy…though the shrimp itself was good. The fries were good—just could have used salt on them. Also ordered the shrimp cocktail and chips and salsa. Both good…the salsa definitely has flavor!"

"We were told the shrimp is farmed right offshore and thus very fresh. Perhaps so, but it didn't really taste any more fresh to me. In fact, I'd say mine was just a bit overcooked. Order at the counter and then they call your name. If someone does not like shrimp or can't eat shellfish, there are no other options on the menu, so keep that in mind. This place was absolutely packed at lunch time but they were doing their best to keep up. I had the sweet chile garlic shrimp. The shrimp were very large and it was a fairly big serving size. So value wise, I would say it is comparable to other places. Because the shrimp are served whole with heads on, it was incredibly messy to try to take the shells off with all of the sauce. The sauce was tasty, but it was really just quite a mess to try to eat it that way. I guess I would try the fried shrimp next time."

"Was in town and came across this place which seemed a popular choice (from the number of patrons). Ordered 3 items - garlic cheesy prawns w potatoes, tacos w shrimp and beer battered shrimps. Good food, would have been nicer if prawns were de-shelled and lesser flies. Overall, worth a trip / first try if you're in town."
