"Was with All State for about 4 years. Luckily we never had to claim. Any interaction I had with the office was a good experience, staff were friendly and helpful and I never felt rushed when I called. The only reason we left was the price. It steadily increased each year but not enough for us to want to shop elsewhere. Unfortunately, the final increase was just too steep so that’s why we left. The office did try to work with us, we just got a better deal elsewhere. Would highly recommend them."
