"My central air conditioning system in my condo in Kapalua was not working and I requested them to come out and determine what needed to be replaced, any options, and a quote. Instead I got a service technician telling me my system wasn’t working. He left and I got a bill for $160. They’ve been after me to pay this bill and I said I would be happy to if they did what I requested. They told me that would require another service call ($$). Needless to say they never came, never provided what I requested and I turned to Logicool. They were responsive, provided a thorough quote and got my business. I highly recommend them and you should avoid Sturdevant!!"
