"so disappointed. usually in love with this place, used to be my fav place to shop ! I’ve been a buyer for buy sell trade in vegas & know the worth of items. but nonetheless, if you’re going to be a buyer at least be kind to those who trust you to bring your clothes in. She was a tall blonde lady that i’ve only seen once or twice, always rude and short. No care for guest experience or even care to do research on items/ tags if she’s never seen them before. She took what she knew Urban Outfitters, Brandy Melville, and Crocs. BORING. If you’re going to be a buyer take the time to educate yourself on new brands & take the time to chat and care about the guest in the store. I officially regret selling my clothes with CUT & will only be selling to Biasa + Rainbow attic from now on."
