"Worse customer service I think I have ever received. It even made me laugh. The poor woman owns this shop with no customers is sour. The clothes are ill fitting and the nicer ones in smaller sizes. She said she doesn't work real hard for sales. I always try to support Wailuku with sales. Too bad."

"Prepared to purchase some items today. The rude woman on her sewing never got up to greet or serve us . We had to shout out requests for prices, which she dryly answered. The final straw was her comment “your friends have left the store”…translated to mean “ You get on up out of here too!” Ha Wahine: Lost sales as we can spend our money elsewhere."

"I have bought several tops over a period of 4-years and own 5 tops. Although, Ha Wahine had a limited amount of 3x in the "LEILANI" style this is my favorite. I received great customer service. if there wasn't a color available Hoku offered colors that I loved and had my top ready to pick-up within -5 to 7-days. Recently I visited Ha Wahine on a Saturday it was to my surprise the shop was open. So, the website hours are not correct and the shop is open on Saturdays. Please come and experience Ha Wahine yourselves, Although pricey it is worth every dollar and the quality is great."

"Super sad, went to Maui specifically to look at some clothes at this store I seen some nice pictures on the Internet. When I got there, they didn't have much selection so she brought out some paredos that I chose to make a simple top. Well they specifically took my mesurements and assure that they would ship it to my home in Oahu, with an additional fee. When I received my item about 5 weeks later, I was so disappointed with how it turned out, it was super huge on me, and the sewing wasn't even of quality. Well when you pay $85 plus shipping, alongside a round trip ticket to Maui, you'd figured they'd get something right. Well, all in all I gave my product to my sister who is a couple sizes bigger than me. Wish their quality was better for the price they.charge you!"
