McDonald's,

"This is the second time happened to me that I did not receive my complete order. Today, 3/17/24, I ordered 2 McMuffins, 4 Breakfast Burritos, 4 Hash Browns, and 3 drinks. I asked the Attendant if all what I ordered are in the bag, and she said Yes. Once I reached home, I discovered that my Hashbrowns are not in the bag. This is just very frustrating. Although, this happened in the past (I posted review) I gave McD another try that I thought their service would improve, but sad to say No, it didn’t. I understand that your employees are at younger age, however, please train them well to double check the order in order for this situation will not happen again. Mahalo!"

"Bought 2 large fries. Was large size but medium fries in the container. Large fries are $4+ Give people what they pay for."

"The order taker was very friendly and polite. The actual order service was slow but that is common now with "fast" food. I had an island special of spam, eggs and rice . The price was a little more than I expected but again it is common now. The food was hot and tasted great. The area and washrooms was clean and well maintained. I was disappointed their soda dispenser was shut off and they didn't offer refills for customers. I understand people may abuse it, but paying customers should at least get one refill."

"Compared to other fast food places this place does what it needs to do ... the local big breakfast comes with McSpam and Portuguese sausages and a scoop of rice ... perfect Hawaiian / Filipino breakfast. Unfortunately no refills on coffee or pop ( soda )."

"Food was ready quickly. They had a clean bathroom and the restaurant overall was clean. Service was friendly. We got two egg McMuffins with hash browns, diet coke, and doctor pepper. They got our modifications correct with the light ice for the sides. However, one of the McMuffins was supposed to be sub bacon for ham, but they subbed the egg with bacon, so it was just bacon, ham, and cheese. Other than that, this was a good McDonald's."
