"I experienced some of the rudest service at this restaurant yesterday it started off by being told her you had to buy a soft drink or a bottle of water if I wanted anything to drink my food came out relatively quickly. It was nothing special, and in fact, look like a bunch of leftovers that they put together in the back. Kitchen tasted good, though there was a small side of kimchi.. after eating my meal I asked if I could pay by either debit card or credit card. I was just told no and I paid cash and when I was given my change, it was implied that I should give a certain tip. I told the the server that I’ve been to a restaurant before and I do understand you need to tip. And left it at that start this a"

"Authentic delicious Korean food and portions are HUGE - largest portion I ever experienced in any Korean restaurants anywhere. Servers/owners are nice. Extended business hours also help with tourists’ random lunch hours."

"We were invited to a karaoke party and had a wonderful time with friends, 5 stars, but read on.... Otherwise, the room was either very warm or extremely cold. Dirty feeling. But good selection of songs. Negative 5 star rating for customer service from the woman who runs the show and the restaurant. She was extremely rude and nasty, I can’t believe she didn’t monitor our use of the restrooms. She needs some training in how to be nice and show some consideration to her paying customers."
