"Great little coffee shop right by the ocean! We visited here a couple of times during our stay. We always had great service, with friendly staff. Our drinks were great! We enjoyed listening to some music and there were guitars and other string instruments available for those inclined. Great little greeting cards and other handmade gifts."

"A favourite cafe right in Kihei. The best chai latte. I got 1/4 sweet and I drank one everyday on vacation. Friendly staff. They offer a frequent buyer card if you’re visiting for a while too. Highly recommend :)"

"A fun coffee shop that’s walkable from the beach. The drinks are reasonably priced but the coffee beans are a bit more expensive than the surrounding local coffee shops (25/ 8oz) but is roasted on Maui and is very yummy! They also have some flavored coffees, and the banana macadamia nut flavour is fabulous as an iced coffee. They have a variety of syrups to flavour your drinks as well as many non dairy milk options. We tried hot cappuccinos and they were yummy. We also tried the mango bread and it was very good (a hint of mango flavour). ** UPDATE * * Sorry if it wasn't clear, and thank you to Julie @ Lava Java for the clarification on the coffee price. The beans sold here that I purchased are grown on Maui and that was the reason for the slightly higher price compared to other coffee shops that sell blends. The beans are locally gown and locally roasted and absolutely worth the extra money! Their Maui Red Catuai coffee was a lovely addition to our mornings on the island."

"This place not only had great coffee with lots of alternative milk and sugar free options, but their eclectic and community atmosphere really made my morning. The patrons and employees were relaxed and welcoming. I’m very picky about coffee and just came from Europe, their espresso was DELICIOUS and smooth. Lots of playful decor including helpful maps and info. Cannot recommend this place enough. It’s sure to put a smile on your face and provide you with a delicious morning coffee."
