"UPDATE: Great customer recovery. They followed up and when I was back today, I arrived earlier than my appointment and they were on it. Appreciate the effort mahalo folks! Made an appointment 2 months ago to change tires. When I arrived was told 90 mins - 2 hrs. Vehicle sat for 90 mins before they even brought it in. Why have an appointment? Wasted almost 3 hours. Watched them move slower than if they were on a break. Overpromising and underdelivering is bad business."
