"A friend of mine ordered a tuna sandwich with jalapenos and this is what they gave her. Completely unacceptable! This could have caused some serious stomach issues. This was on the evening of 5 Jan. The person that made the sandwich needs to be terminated immediately! How can I trust the food you serve me next time doesn't have something else in it? You've lost my trust and will never eat here again. I did send an email to Olivia as requested below, have not heard anything from them."

"Walked in and there was back up of customers. Due to another customer having a huge take out order being prepared. I could see the staff was stressed by the looks on their face. By the time someone got to me they handled my order with professionalism and was able to complete my transaction rather quickly. Getting home and taking a bite out of the sandwich I noticed the bread was not fresh. My items in the sandwich were ok, so overall the sandwich was nothing special. I would have to say if the bread was fresh this score would be higher. This is not my first time here."
