"The management and/or owners clearly have never taken a basic business or economics class. They have a drive-thru with cars backing out in to the street, and they can't handle online or dine-in customers. The reason? They say it is because they are understaffed. How can this problem be so hard for them to solve? Clearly it is TOO cheap and the wages are TOO low. A simple fix of raising prices would afford you more workers AND cut the demand to a reasonable level. They really are so clueless here... They also can't count. Check your orders closely before driving away."

"This has to be the most odd & worst taco bell in the nation. They have drive thru or self/kiosk service. No one is manning the front register, since only about 2.5 employees. The kicker (1 star) is they literally lock customers out of the dinning room! I saw it first hand, I was inside with others & once you exit you don't get back in! I'm sure there's no fire code violation for that during lunch time, 12:30 PM."

"Pay your employees better. There’s absolutely no reason why three people should be running this place by themselves with cars wrapped around the entire parking lot. Unbelievable. I’d walk out if I were them. The place is shut down for anyone to eat inside because of short-staff. Pay people decent wages."

"I love this place but man, not gonna lie, it's been getting worse. the service absolute garbage. eating inside isn't even an option anymore. there is always a sign that says they are understaffed and can't have indoor seating. when you are able to go inside, expect to be treated as though you are ruining their day with your presence. the workers barely look at you and are visibly upset when you ask them simple questions.sad. good food (sometimes) , bad service."
