"Never had an issue with any Panda Express. Not sure what’s going on with this one. Orange chicken was tough and crunchy. Sesame chicken was soggy. Rangoons weren’t fully cooked. Couldn’t eat any of the food it was bad. Even though it was delivery, haven’t had issue like this before. Maybe just a fluke?"

"Food is good, especially for the price. Staff at this location (kahala) are incredibly rude, even when I try to be nice. I have frequented this location for the past few months, and more than half the time I go there the staff are super short with me, blunt, rush me along and look at me with a blank face. I worked in the restaurant industry for a total of 5 years previously, many of which as a server so I get how stressful and how terrible some people can be but I never was this rude to someone who was trying to be nice even on my off days. I gave the same kind of interaction back to the staff this last time I was there and as I was leaving one of the cooks was eyeballing me walking out. Would recommend ordering on the app instead so you don't have to interact with the staff as much."

"Second time we’ve been in before closing and they’re running out of items. Other than that food was decent, service was good. Maybe better food management?"

"I've been going to this location since late 90s. It's always tasty. My favorite dish/plate lunch is Chow Fun with orange chicken and chicken mushrooms. The portion is getting smaller, but it's understandable with all the high prices. I've tried Panda Express in west coast, east coast or midwest areas, but ones in Hawaii is the best quality so far, in my opinion."
