"Food is okay, but the wait is always really long or backed up. I called my order before I left Waimanalo, and they hadn't started it by the time I got there so I still had to wait nearly 15-20 minutes. I feel like they just need to find a way to be better efficient. The cashier kept asking me to confirm what my order was. The other cashier took an order, but wrote it on the bottom of the plate, which didn't make sense to me. I appreciate that it's made fresh, but you'd think they'd try get ahead of the rush when they know it's coming every day. Just seemed really chaotic."

"Ordered the Kalbi beef, teriyaki chicken. Sides were cabbage,macaroni, garlic potatoes and corn. You get to choose 4 sides. There were plenty of other options, like my husband got the kimchi for one of his sides. Everything was good. The chicken was a bit tough and super over cooked but the flavor was good. We stumbled upon this place and it was a great choice after a 4 hour hike. Had leftovers and heat up the chicken in the microwave and it tenderized it a little bit. Kinda on the expensive side, $20/plate."
