"My experience at Willow Tree in Aikahi Shopping Center was nothing short of delightful, from the moment I stepped through the door until the last bite of my meal. After taking a moment to peruse the menu, I placed my order, and to my surprise and delight, the food arrived remarkably quickly. The speed at which my meal was served was truly impressive, especially considering the high quality of the dishes. "These people are understaffed and have terrible customer service. A bad combo. The food is fine, but they are losing our business. Repeat offenders at this. Long waits, even with open tables, 40 minutes to get food. Won’t take your order when you’re ready to order. All the hallmarks of a business that is going to die. To the managers of this place, if you read this, the young man that works for you cleaning tables and seating guests should not work for you. We are not the only group that was angry about his neglect of your customers. Hire someone else"

"I haven't gone there yet yet will you evening. I've seen comments of the prices. The lunch menu prices I feel are good prices. Out her on the Westside Kapalei shopping center. The Korean restaurant prices about the same and they give out less food. I'm a cheap skate but looking at at the food it going to well worth the price. Can't wait to be there. I'll add another post once I get served. DINED THE YESTERDAY AND THE FOOD WASN'T THAT GREAT THE KALBI, MEAT JUN HAD NO FLAVOR. The meat jun needed to be marinated longer. AND THE FISH JUN HAD MORE BATTER THAN FISH.I OPED OUT ON THE MAC SALAD AND CHOOSE THE VEGGIES I HAVE MIXED FEELINGS 1-- ONE OF MY VEG WAS A MOUNTAIN IF SHREDDERED CABBAGE WITH WGAT APPEARS TO BE TOPPED OFF WITH SOME PICK SALAD DRESSING WITH A PRETTY PARSELY THING ON TOP LOOKING LIKE AT TREE. MADE ME THINK OF A VOLCANO ERUPTING. THE MALE WAITER WAS GREAT TILL HE HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY. THEN THAT YOUNG WOMEN WITH THE NOSE RING WAS NOT HELPFULLY AT ALL. SO SCRATCH THAT PLACE OFF MY LIST. I'd rather stay out here on the Westside and pay a little bit more and dine at Hannaras. Hannara KALBI ribs,teri meat,meat jun tastes so much more FLAVOREDFUL."

"This is my second time here, first time I dined in. This time I called a order for BBQ Chicken and Mandoo plate, no rice because I only wanted vegetables. I waited 40 minutes and paid $20 bucks for very little vegetables. 5 small bite size potatoes and very little tofu and kimchee, the mandoo was stale and cold also. If I knew I was going to be served like this I would've went to Yoonyson instead because they give alot more vegetables and better quality food. Did you guys give me little because I didn't dine in? Bad service, won't come here again."

"Walked in with my wife on a Friday night and were immediately seated. We were warned that due to high influx of takeout orders, it may be about 45 minutes till we got our food, which we were okay with. Our food definitely came faster than 45 minutes which was much appreciated. The kalbi, meat jun, spicy katsu and sides were bangin'! So ono. Service was good too. On a side note, when we got our waters, my "clean" glass had a lipstick stain on it. Pretty gross. But I love this restaurant, so I won't ding them for it. But if the owners see this review, please ensure the dishes are washed a bit better."
