"We went here 3x on our weeklong vacation and we didn't even stay at this hotel. The acai bowl is really good as well."
"Being the only place in the area with coffee you don’t got much choice. The açai bowl is 15 bucks be hear me out, it’s actually really big and even I had a hard time finishing it. Service was sub par but can’t expect 5 star service. It was worth the price"
"Excellent location in lobby of hotel where we were attending a seminar. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great bagel for breakfast. Consistently good espresso drinks on the numerous refills to stay awake and alert !"
"We stayed at the Prince Waikiki hotel and this cafe was in the lobby. It became my morning ritual to get a Gibraltar (similar to a cappuccino) in the morning. No question - quality of the coffee was five star. If you go between 7am and 8am there will be a lineup, but the staff handles it well- and the wait is minimal. After 8am, you’ll get faster service. After the second day of my 7 day stay they knew my name. A small gift shop, and I. bought the perfect size cappuccino cup for my home brew."
"I tried the chai tea, vanilla almond milk cappuccino, and vanilla almond milk latte. The first time I had a vanilla latte, it was good, but gritty with grounds. I wasn’t a fan of the chai tea. The service is hit and miss. The fourth time I came, the barista didn’t fill up my cups. I ordered two lattes. I paid for two large lattes. I think the barista was so busy talking with a co-worker that she didn’t feel like getting a new box of almond milk when the current one was empty. As much as I tip and these were $7 lattes, that is unacceptable. The manager made it right though after I took a survey. The ambience or setting is good with lots indoor and outdoor seating. There’s a little shop off to the side for souvenirs, branded items, or tea and coffee purchases. The location is prime. There’s a harbor steps away, the Ala Moana shopping center a few blocks away, and beaches and parks nearby."
