"I give it a NEGATIVE. Worst customer service ever. The manager working on the night of 7/9/18 was extremely rude. I had called 1 day ahead for a shoe to be put on hold and confirmed over call that I was going to pick it up 7/9. Then, I call the DAY I WAS GOING TO PICK UP and they confirmed with me and said it would be on hold when I arrive. I arrive and they sold it? I drove all the way from Makaha and they SOLD IT. Manager gave me extreme disrespect when I expressed myself being so upset that I drove and wasted money and time to pick up shoes. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO DO SUCH A EASY JOB. Thanks to you manager. You will NEVER receive my service again! No wonder this company is going down the drain."
