"Went in for my 8th laser hair removal appointment and was helped by Lesha and Shannon. Both great, friendly, and SUPER informative. Helped me with acne and further treatment information that I had no clue was available. Besides today, every time I’ve gone in, it’s a very clean, friendly environment and it’s always easy. I’m always in and out of there in less than 20 minutes which is crazy! My face and chin hair are almost gone and I’m so happy to see the end result "

"Been coming here for various treatments For about two years or so. Always excellent customer service.They got me in right away.The girls are all very sweet for the exception of the girl that did my face today. I came in for my treatment and was left in the back room for a total of forty six minutes until the numbing cream literally melted off my face. When she came in, she didn't apologize for the wait.She was not polite in the least bit. I couldn't believe how rude she was. Then she proceeded to tell me that my specific treatment that I felt had been working.She felt wasn't even though all the other girls agreed it had been working. She told me.I should get another kind of treatment on top of the one i'm already getting and then I would see improvement because my skin was that damaged. This was not only hurtful and did not help myself confidence but it was also untrue. His her name was Taylor and she was a black girl with long pretty hair."

"All staff was very professional and kind. I enjoyed ever session and can’t wait to go back. My results were good but because I have blonde hair it didn’t go away fully. It did minimize it and soften up some of the hairs. I definitely would highly recommend them if you’re looking to have great skin care done."
