"Great place from Herman in sales to Joel in the delivery and maintenance section. Even the delivery guys were a pleasure to work with. Had a slight issue with a scratch and dent appliance i bought here (at a great price) and they are taking care of it. "Bought a dishwasher tonight for my mother. Worked with Craig and Randall and they were awesome. Had what she needed (special size and color) in stock and gave us a great price on it too. Installing in two days. We checked all of the big box stores they would of had to order it and would have taken at least 6 weeks. We are so grateful. Truly a wonderful buying experience. Will come here first for all of our appliance needs!!! Update!!!! I am back in Hawaii visiting my Mom. Tuesday of this week her refrigerator starts to act up, we unplug it to reset it, etc., but it still isn't working properly. We are now much smarter than we were in January (see my reivew of where we purchased a dishwasher in January) - we didn't waste any time going to the big box stores, this time we went straight to Servco on Wednesday morning. Once there, we were greeted by Jeff Schriber and he took GREAT care of us. The process of buying the refrigerator was totally easy and seamless (Thanks Jeff!). We so appreciate being able to come into the store on Wed and having a new unit installed and working on Friday. Caleb and Kui did a great job of delivering and setting up the new refrigerator! They were so careful and pleasant - did a great job! They did a super job of hauling off the old one too. Left no mess, and everything works as it should. Please let them know how pleased my Mom is. Once again, we received the highest level of service from Servco Appliance - thank you so much for what you all do."
"Servco is not a reputable company. I thought their delivery/installers had ethics, but I was wrong. I bought a dishwasher from Home Depot that included installation. The first two installers arrived and installed my dishwasher and removed my old inoperable dishwasher. Both dishwashers were the same brand and the new one was the upgraded model of the old. They damaged and didn't install correctly. The second two installers were better but created more damage and also damaged the dishwasher. Part 1: The 1st initial installation seemed ok until I checked it. When they installed the new dishwasher, they adjusted the leg to fully up position, this provided an irregular elevation to the dishwasher. Then they forced the new dishwasher into the slot where the old one was. They drilled new holes into counter because they couldn't get the dishwasher in the same place as the old (same dimensions). This set the new dishwasher not in a level position. Then the installers didn't bother to check it. I asked about the spacing on the top (which the old one had the rubber spacer that came with the dishwasher). The installer first told me the dishwasher didn't come with the spacer. I handed them the spacers from the packaging (which had side and top plastic spacers). Then they said that they already finished installing and I should call Servco for an "install check" (reinstall). I signed the delivery paperwork (VERY BAD IDEA, lesson learned) and started to call Servco. As I called Servco, the two installers, took the old dishwasher out and then the packaging and then took off without saying anything. They were in such a hurry that they left the soft drinks I provided them. Also, they took the operating manual with them. I then checked the dishwasher and found damage on the side of the cabinet they installed. I called Servco and they said thy would send out an "install check" next week. Part 2: Ok, their "install check" date arrived and they didn't show up. I called and the lady who spoke to me said they don't know why but it is in the system but not on their schedule. So, they had to reschedule again. Part 3: We agreed on the time window when I was able to take off work to be there. Well, they arrived outside that window. I spoke to the installer about the issues. They supposedly fixed them. They installed the top spacer and moved the dishwasher so the left of the door was not rubbing on the side when open/closing (done by 1st installers). So, upon return to my house, I see that they BENT the metal toe guard at each end. They also did something to the door hinge so opening the door below 45 degrees (half way) makes a scraping sound and also requires more pressure than the first 45 degrees. The right hinge seems to be crushed together. Finally, Servco stated that the damage were not caused by their installers. Since their installers were the only ones who moved/installed the unit, it is either a ghost or the installers did a bad job. I am not a professional installer. If I wanted that much damage to a new dishwasher and the surrounding areas, I would've done it myself and not paid for Servco to come out and provide "professional" installation! If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I've attached photos of the installed damages."
"Employees scraped up our brand new hardwood floors and they are refusing to be held accountable. We had just finished remodeling our home. These floors were just installed 3 weeks prior to the dishwasher being installed, and there were no appliances in the home previously. You can see from the scratch marks in the floor that they clearly were caused by the dishwasher being pushed into place. Servco refuses to be held accountable because they say their employee is "adamant" that they didn't scratch the floors up. These photographs show clearly that their employee is lying. Servco simply refuses to have our floors repaired because they don't want to. Terrible customer service. Don't let them into your home."
