"When you pull into the free parking, it is directly on the left. It's a local family business that has been fixing sewing machines and vacuums for generations. Brand New Sewing Machines and Sewing Machine Repair. Brand New Vacuum and Vacuum repair. Free estimate, family run local store with plenty of free parking. They can fix anything really. Even lamps. The owner is at the front counter usually. Or her husband. Both are nice and friendly. Quick service."

"By far the worst service I have ever gotten. First when he told me the price of the cleaning of our vacuum would cost $25 but when I dropped it off. He said i have to drop them off and it would take few days to a week the most. And I didn’t even get a call for 10 - 11 days. I don’t know how he clean our vacuum but he smell like he soaked it in the dirty mopped water because it stinks so bad, our whole family are gagging. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. And he charged me double for the price!!!! So unprofessional!!! Now I have to figure out how to get rid of smell or find a place that can undo the things they did!!! Don’t waste your money here!!! Older man sound pleasant but don’t fall for it either."

"The shop was extremely crowded and rather dirty, with only a small path for the owner to get to the back of the store. I thought maybe they were no longer in business.There were old vacuums and vacuum parts everywhere. The owner Ken happily took my vacuum and had it working overnight. Everything was cleaned and it looked like new. Great service. I just wish someone would help Ken vacuum and clean his own shop!"
