"Order large Frozen Matcha Latte, it was very poorly executed. Had much better ones in East Coast but the one here it so blend to no taste. Barely able to taste the matcha flavour. Super disappointed that’s all I could say."

However, it's worth noting that the drive to get here can sometimes be quite long, and even the lines inside are a testament to how popular and delicious their offerings are. To bypass the wait, I've found it convenient to place my order online and schedule a pickup time. This way, I can simply walk in and grab my order without having to wait in line, which is a feature I truly appreciate."

"I'm a sucker for low quality fast food for breakfast, so I rotate between Dunkin and McD's. If I'm all cleaned up and have time for a long breakfast, I'll go for higher quality food at one of the local diners. The current Dunkin team in Pearl City usually moves quickly. Compared to the Kapolei store, they crush a long line (in comparison, the line at the Kapolei store is usually very slow moving). I have only experienced rare slow days and minor mistakes at this store. The atmosphere s not very applicable since they don't have dine in."

"First time here. Small location but very well laid out. Happened to stop by when I was in the area and very friendly staff. They have a table set away from the cashier for uber, door dash, etc. Tried their expresso which was great tasting and was able to try 4 donuts."
