"If you want a self service store this is it. If you want to give them a couple thousand and order stuff, prepare to come back several times. I recently purchased special order carpeting, had the appointment set and just needed to come back to tell them what I wanted. I came once’s and waited around 45mins, asked for someone in the carpeting department twice and no one came. Had to come back twice to find someone but they called me everyday asking me to come down. I’m currently sitting at the appliance department, this is my third time here and only 20mins in waiting for someone to help me. The lady is at the desk helping someone else and the other guy who helped someone else disappeared. No one else can be called apparently. Tried to buy a refrigerator here twice but ended up ordering it from Home Depot down the road because the service was better. Also bought a stove from this Lowe’s and that took 2 visits. I’ll wait another 10mins or so and maybe go down the road to Home Depot again or order online with Home Depot. Starting to wonder why I have a store credit card here… anyway… good luck giving these guys money !"

"Visited the Waikele Lowes yesterday and received excellent service from the sales associate! He was extremely helpful and walked me to the product explaining in detail the items they had in stock! I will definitely be shopping at Lowe’s and not Home Depot as the customer service provided by Lowe’s is STELLAR!! Keep up the great job Lowe’s!!"

"What to say? Went to Pro Service desk requesting help. Female employee on phone asked what I needed. Explained I wanted to order fencing material for home project. In a hurried tone told me to get material numbers and return to her. Abruptly returned to phone business. Gathering "numbers", I noticed many pieces were either not in stocks or broken. Spent time taking material I either found or was not damaged took them on cart to desk. Employee still on phone went to second employee standing by cash register for checkout. Told her I was prepared to check out. Response was "waiting on an order", she turned and walked away...no help! Waited another 5 minutes for order to be completed. These "brush offs" are contrary to what I have experienced at other Lowes. If this attitude is global at Waikele, customers should shop elsewhere in my opinion."

"It’s Lowe’s what can I say. The most popular saying I have heard is I don’t work on this isle or floor let me get someone, after so many trips we stop asking for help. They are getting better. But I am telling you better be prepared and figure out what you need and move fast. The self checkouts are okay. If you have a business card aka Lowe’s card. Have to ring out in the back. We have a Lowe’s account and card and can’t use it at check out. Always have to go in the back."

"Bought Ge profile refrigerator July 31 delivered 9/16/23 after so many changed delivery times. So excited but then found dent and wrinkles in refrigerator casing. Tried to return but they have this ridiculous 72 hour return policy. They wouldn’t take it back then I found ice maker/ water dispenser drips called GE they weren’t helpful either!! It’s cosmetic they said. Then I discovered freezer icing up everywhere, tried control panel to reset and that didn’t work - total LEMON after spending So much money. I’ve tried it very which way to get it replaced with no success!! Don’t deal with either company they just give you the run around. So many wasted hours on the telephone with no results."
