"Went in there and the whole stores associates was giving us such a rude and bad customer service. No greetings no have a good day, cashier was barely speaking up couldn’t hear her voice. Guy who helped us in the aisle didn’t respond to us with good customer service. Sunday March 10 at 3 whoever working should get fired"

"I just bought new year balloons and it was obviously been blown before because the part where you put the string was already crumpled and some tears on it. Also price from online is $2.50 but paid $6 a pc instore. Never ever coming back to this place again."

"The parking here is crazy, but it's a shopping center- (Waikele). I expected it to be crazy, and the stalls all taken. The staff was somewhat friendly, the store was pretty much bare. I came into this store once a week to check if an item was in. The store clerk who I spoke to over the phone informed me that I would need to just keep checking if the item is in-due to shipping coming in late. I tried to order online and pick up at the store. That was not available. I did buy some balloons that were available. The rest of the items I had to buy online through Oriental Trading Co.. I couldn't wait for Party City's shipment to come in. (whenever it was supposed to come in) I gave it a "it's okay" because the staff was somewhat friendly, and product availability was not there.. I did get the balloon column not in those colors,(see pic)-but I did order them, and will pick up on Saturday. I was looking for a rainbow Pinata for my niece, but that's not the color I wanted. I opted to get it anyway...."

"Check out the pic of current times and masks for 2018. Pretty good place to buy a costume or party decorations. They have a wide variety of items from Halloween costumes down to paper plates and fake flower leis. Halloween time is obviously when they make their money with costumes and masks. It can be a little pricey compared to things online. But you get the product here and now."
