I came here because a wheel part went bad at another branch and they said they couldn't do it at that branch and that Jiffy Lube in University City could do it. In fact, they said they couldn't do it. But when I told them what happened, they were very kind and listened to me and finally, I just had to wait here and they took care of everything. They also prepared parts that were not there. While I was waiting, they told me they were sorry about that and that it was unacceptable. The first lady who helped me was very sincere in listening to my poor English and explained everything slowly. Thank you so much for your kindness. I felt relieved and at the same time my heart was warmed. Of course I will come here from now on!"

They need a system to check people in so you don’t get behind a full service customer and others that come later are serviced first due to lane they pull into. Then did not pass due to brakes needing front pads and rotors. Quote for replacement was very high for a Toyota and I had just had exact type of work done on a BMW 3 weeks prior for $200 less. Mechanic that assisted me was very pleasant but I feel they are over charging customers or maybe because I was a woman thought they could get away with it. Won’t be returning, wasted 2 hours and $26"
