"The first customer experience I got from Jiffy Lube was good. The location is close to my place, the staff was nice and quick service. So this was why I decided to come back again. However, this was a wrong decision I made. I was very disappointed this time! I came for the oil change with a $25 off promotion. When I saw the staff at the beginning, I did ask him whether they received the $25 off promotion, and he said yes. Before I paid, I did mention to him about the $25 off again. But when I checked the invoice, it turned out that he didn't offer me the $ 25 off. I asked the staff whether I could get the $25 discount back since I just paid cash, not a credit card. He refused and said it would take too much time to do a report for the refund. As I know, a credit card refund is more complicated than a cash refund. It seems like he just didn't want to refund even though he could. I also paid extra to change something else because of his suggestion. He was probably busy ringing up the extra charge and forgot the discount. I felt like I got scammed! And what he did next was very unprofessional and disappointing. He just handwrote "Next Service $25 off" on my invoice and asked me to come back next time and would give me the $25 off. I was shocked by it. This was very unprofessional. Anyone could write anything on it! I didn't waste too much time arguing with him. It wasn't just about $25 anymore!"
