She did everything to make me as comfortable as possible and turned out the most beautiful piece of art I have. She was by far the best artist I've ever worked with. "Had an appt here for an entire weekend to do sleeve tattoo! Remind you I run a business and live in Chicago! Cleared my schedule, booked flight & hotel…. Got to Vegas and once I got in I received a text that they had to cancel my appts. As a businessman who takes much pride of doing business the RIGHT way and treating people great, this was the worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve ever witnessed! And the way the store, management, and owners handled the situation was terrible and shows what type of people and hearts they have! Highly recommend you look elsewhere!! They are true professionals. The staff was courteous And made me feel right at home. They constantly checked on every client. Shop is clean and organized. Daniel Rocha is a true master of his craft. Black and grey work that never looked so real!! He went above and beyond working ridiculously long hours to get my tattoo completed before I had to leave town. I was more than amazed with the final product. This is an experience I will never forget. If you are getting inked while in Las Vegas make sure you plan ahead. Well worth the wait!"
