"Recently brought my car in as the ac stop blowing cold air and wanted them to check the system , customer service was excellent but it appears that they did not do a system check and just filled it with some Freon. 8 days later no cold air and air flow was reduced. I would have thought they would have better diagnosed the ac system components. I wonder if they can only offer recharging the ac services? I had to take my car to another ac shop. The first question that the other shop asked was “Didn’t they do a system check?” I replied “ It does not appear so. If they did not find the issue the first time, taking it back would be risky to only get the same evaluation. I still like Lex Brodie a lot and will use them for other services."
"Recently walked-in to Lex Brodies for a slow leak on one of my tires. The staff was friendly enough but extremely efficient. The price quote was accurate and reasonable. Big thing to know is that they service Teslas for a much more reasonable cost, something like 2-3 times cheaper than getting checked at the service center. Recommend for convenience, reasonable pricing and speed of service."
"I had a great experience here. One of our TPMS sensor went out back in February. I did a walk in, dropped the car off at 7:00am, and was able to pick the car that afternoon. The whole process was smooth and quick. I was told the price up front. Really appreciate the service provider TL."
