"This particular store doesn’t treat all their customers fairly. I went into this store two days in a row . I thought maybe yesterday they were rude due to the he store closing. I was wrong. The cashier Sierra did not want to help me find any matches of any underwear today bra. I finally checked out with what I want it as I’m waiting in line I see that she wraps everybody’s bras and underwear like Victoria’s Secret always does. When I got to my items, she seemed very irritated. I had asked her a couple of times when she OK. She responds fine. When she placed mine in a bag, she just bought them up and threw them in there. I don’t wanna call corporate office and tell them what I I had experience in corporate only offers apologize it offers me at 20% off my next visit to Victoria’s Secret and a $15 gift card which i have not received.However, I feel they should be more concerned about a person is getting treated at their stores, with a better apology than a 20% off of my next purchase and $15 gift card. Shame on you Victoria!"

"I don’t really buy items from Victoria Secret, but I wanted to treat myself this Holiday season and this location had made me regret buying from them. I appreciated the help of one lady named Jen for looking for my size in bras in their inventory, but the lady who greeted me in the beginning and rang up my items, had made me leaving the store upset and disregarded for no reason whatsoever. The wrapping of my two items that I had purchased was only wrapped with one of the tissue papers and the worst part was that I wanted to update my phone number and she was reading it loud, but had not communicated with me, if it needed to be changed, after I had told her I wanted to change it. She said it was too late and I left feeling disregarded and unwelcome to not come back to this location. I usually never write reviews, but after my experience today, I think it is best not to return to this location and hopefully future locations are pleasant and will go above and beyond for their customers. I understand it is the holiday season because I work in 2 jobs, one in retail and one in food service industry, but i always try to welcome others in, especially ones like me who rarely shop at Victoria Secret. I hope no one else will feel this way, when shopping here."

"Tried to write a review on Yelp but wasn’t posting so I’ll put it on here. Came in for bra fitting and to buy some new items, I was helped by Jen who was really helpful and patient with me during my shopping experience. She asked me what kind of styles I liked and even recommended me some to get a better sense of what I wanted. Overall great experience here and felt really helped out, will definitely come back in the future."

"I only came here to return something that didn't fit. I was the first in line when the store opened and the manager was the one who let me in. She asked if I was doing a return and I said yes. I could tell she wasn't happy so she said that I should look around to see if I could find something to exchange instead. Reluctantly I agreed. I was hoping to find a sale but there was none so I went searching for the register. I ended up bumping into the manager again and told her I still wanted to do the return and asked where the register was. She said "in the back there." So I go there and nobody was there. She finally shows up and as she starts processing my return she starts asking me why I didn't like the bra and tells me about their new lounge bra that's only $20...twice. I finally told her that the lounge bra didn't work for me and I know what bra I need but I'm gonna wait for their semiannual sale. It was not a pleasant experience...I understand that stores have corporate requirements for sales and that returns are dreadful but I'm not gonna pay for a bra that doesn't do what I need it to do...I felt like she was too pushy for my liking."
