"I was very early to my appointment and thought that they would be able to take me in early but the lady at the front desk was super nice to me and politely told me that the lady doing my estimation will be in later on. When I came back she recognized me and she was quick to get me settled. The lady who was taking pictures of my car was also great. I kept adding on minor damages that I was finding and I was feeling bad about it but she was very reassuring. After she took pictures, she explained what would possibly be done in order for it to be fixed. I appreciate the two ladies I interacted with today, they were very helpful and nice!"
