"I had an appointment at 9 AM and they were all friendly and professional and got my two front tires changed and oil change and new windshield wipers and was done by 10 o’clock knowing my situation where I just had back surgery extremely extremely the best. Brock went beyond and above to help me out. I recently had back surgery. They helped me not just with my car but even helping me get up and get around. I highly recommend this Firestone I’ve been going here for years and have never had a problem. I give them six stars. The time spent waiting was not that long. "Since the days of my 99 4Runner, I have come to Firestone with the feeling like I'm being taken care of. This was until one day I paid for a 90 dollar diagnostic, and I was appalled to find a liquid tester, a red rag and hoses disconnected. This is unlike Firestone but obviously someone forgot to put things back because three different hose connections were clean black. A hose is even missing."
