Once a recall was ready and the car was ready for its service she did an amazing job of making sure I was taken care of. She explained exactly what was needed and why. Once the service was completed she explained what has been done and what would be needed in the future. I have owned a number of alleged more luxury branded cars over the years to include Volvos, RAMs, BMWs and Teslas. I haven’t had a better service experience for a vehicle anywhere. Period.
