"I’ve gotten all of my ear piercings here and this last Sunday my daughter (7 years old) FINALLY asked to get her ears pierced. I called a few times in the morning to see if I needed an appt or if I could just walk in and the woman I spoke with on the phone was SO nice and helpful. She was also super honest and down to earth. I can REALLY appreciate that nowadays. When we arrived there was a couple people ahead of us getting piercings and we waited about 15 minutes. I filled out paperwork and my daughter picked out her earrings. The shop is really clean and everything was packaged properly for the piercing. When it was our turn, Seth called us back to his room and he was really relaxed and kind to my daughter. I loved that we had good conversation before the piercing to help relax my daughter and my self. We found ways to relate with one another and have more in common than I expected! He made my daughter feel comfortable and safe and that’s really important to me. The piercing was quick and painless! They were more sore then she expected right after and few tears were shed but a couple minutes into the car ride home she said she couldn’t feel anything anymore and she was so excited. BTW, Seth— She said she felt bad for not saying thank you to you even though I did! LOL. I HIGHLY recommend Diversity and Seth, both for yourself or any little one looking to get their ears pierced. I knew better than to take her to Claire’s or get them done with a piercing gun. SO GLAD WE CAME HERE! Such a great experience and fun memory, The prices are also super affordable and reasonable."

"From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice. They took the time to answer all my questions and didn't make me feel stupid in the process. The store was clean and well-lit and the piercer (forgot his name) was fast -- it was over almost before I could process he was piercing me. (Which was definitely good since I was ever so slightly nervous about getting my first helix piercing.) Very positive experience. I'll definitely be coming back for more next time I'm in Vegas."
