".. Need to work on customer service. I notice when you don’t tip there, they do passive aggressive things like take extra long.. or like not put on the lid all the way on (like secure) . I think they forget the drink was paid for, they’re getting paid by the company to make this drink, and they are not making the drink for free, therefor the quality of customer service and my drink should not be devalued by a tip. Tips are at the end of the job not before…"
"Ripoff. The food in the picture cost us over $50!! Super overpriced for the quality. Food seems like it came from Walmart. Shakes are nothing to go crazy over. Location is terrible, its practically in a closet."
