"The store was quick, and the food was good and hot. Well made food, friendly staff. The only issue I have is that when we pulled up we were asked by a random homeless person for food. We, of course, grabbed something for this homeless person because, I mean people get hungry... But it kinda stinks to have to worry someone is going to come up to your car asking you for money/food when you're just trying to have a relaxing day with the family... This person was just hungry, but it seems by the staffs reaction that this is very common. It makes me nervous to visit this location alone."
"My Spicy Grilled Cheese Nacho Steak Fries was good in taste, but the presentation wasn't it & I had a very small portion of it especially the fries, it was about 5 of them. Also, I don't like the drinks come in a paper cup here. The service was slow as well and it wasn't packed that day."
"There was something horribly wrong Sunday night 11/13. The line for the drive thru was four deep on the street. I waited for almost 20 minutes, only one car pulled out from the window and two others besides myself gave up and drove away. I'm not sure if it was a food problem or a staffing problem but the owner lost thousands with this incident. Please try to do better for your customers!"
"Update: This spot changed a bit. Lots of military come here. Note to self, the Nachos Grande isn't too grande... The drive through can get long. Going inside can be quicker. Overall, these guys work are fast to pump out orders. Ghetto due to the homeless situation. Used to be okay. Can be ghetto with the girls in the back having to take phone orders because the drive thru speaker is not working. Poor girls."
