Wendy's 89-102 Farrington Highway, Waianae, HI 96792

"Ordered thru the app 20min before I got there and still had to wait 12min for my order with noone in line. Got home and my order was not correct!... asked for a Jr combo with NO cheese and added it a DELUXE lettuce n tomato with NO ketchup n mustard and REG chicken nuggets with sweet sour sauce and a coke. Received the jr burger without the cheese but it had the sauces and no lettuce n tomato! The nuggets was SPICY with NO SAUCE and the coke had NO carbonation! I also did not get a receipt so went online to find the fone# and its been busy for over an hour now which jus may be off the hook per another review! SMH! IRRAZ!!!"

"If I could give half a star I would!!! I waited 30mins for them to get my order. Traffic was extremely slow but workers did not pay any attention to me at the front counter due to not being register trained or being stationed at a certain position. Thankfully the girl Kaleo had taken my order, reassured me, and given me a sincere apology due to the lack of service on behalf of her colleagues. However at the end of waiting nearly an hour for my order to be finished, my baconator sandwich was sloppy. Bacon was cold and lettuce was little to none in sandwich due to it being assembled messy. Also don’t get drink from their fountain drink in dine in, there is black mold from the fountain drink dispensary. I told the male worker there and he did not wish to clean it himself."

"Wendy's is one of the newer fast-food restaurants in Nanakuli. I'm disappointed, the drink machines 2x, were not working, 1 had ice that was stuck, leaking and fountain had some drinks available, the other had no ice and 80% of the drinks Not Available. Baconator fries were cold, cheese not melted, and bacon over cooked and dry. Phones don't work... At all... maybe it does, and they don't want to handle the complaints calls. Whatever the reason, that store needs some attention! Franchise Owner... get with it.. clean house, start from the top... obviously neglected store!"

"Honestly this location should shut down. I haven't spent money there in a month ever since I had to literally wait 30 mins for an incorrect order that was ice cold. Unfortunately my son still orders there quite often and within the past week 90% of the time the fries are always cold and receives the wrong drink."

"I helped with the teams involved to build this location from scratch about 3 years ago! The location has a very clean and modern build and theme with a very nice and contemporary layout. The staff was nice and attentive."
