"I ordered our breakfast using the McDonald's app, so I wouldn't have to wait as long as I usually would wait. Finalized order at 8:31am. Choose to pick up our food through the drive thru. But when I got there both lines for drive thru was backed up, and so then I changed it to curbside pick up. I parked in a stall like around 8:45am and waited. Until finally, like around 9:09am a male employee came out with my food & the 2 large hot coffee's, with no cup holder! I was like WT who does that, knowingly your delivering hot coffee with no cup holder! And you need to ask for one that's not good! But I asked nicely, can he please go get a cup holder because I still need to carry them out of my car. So he said okay he'll be back, so I waited for him. I waited for over five minutes and just decided to leave."

"Waited for my daughter there while my grandson and I sat and ate there...It was very cool and the workers there were very nice!!!"

"I wasn't pleased with the place at all, when we came over to order something we asked for the code to use the restroom but they wouldn't allow us because one of the workers explained that it wasn't public use. But then how wouldn't they allow us if we were ordering some food? Afterwards the manager comes over and explains that the restrooms are down. How do these people working in this location have any sense of sanitation? I wouldn't be very keen in eating their food if they had no way to wash their hands."

"Their customer service needs another of work before it was so friendly and welcoming now its like their annoyed that I've came to their restaurant. Almost like i interrupted their day. They always seem to get my order wrong or doing give me everything I ordered. Even when they do give you some of what you order its a sloppy mess like they were backed up and rushing but when you look behind your car you see that you are the only customer there and its just the lack of pride they have for their company."
