"I went to the Nanakuli Starbucks in the newest shopping center in Nanakuli around 4p.m. and at that time there was a bit of people outside, sitting or standing around. I went to the order window and placed and paid for my order, which was a grande sized frappe w/extra whipped cream. It took approximately 30-40 minutes for my 1 item order to be made. WOW!"
"I come here because it's location is convenient. I always pre-order caramel brulee frappe with double shot. I never tried their food items but I'm pretty sure they're great. However, I love cold coffee drinks. But than I also tried these same drinks at other locations. Kapolei Starbuck are the BEST. Nanakuli & Waianae Starbucks frappucino drinks are watery. Unlike Kapolei, theirs are very very tasty."

"Asked for no whip and they add whip . I told her nicely that I asked for no whip and to just take the top off and she goes “ok I gotta make a new one” so I told her no need cause I have no time. She just give me the irritated attitude and not even oh sorry our mistake. Cause it is your mistake. It’s on the sticker everything. Would’ve not been a problem if the worker would’ve been nicer. Sometimes people forget that we set off people’s day on how we treat them."
"The Starbucks at the Waianae mall is no longer alone. Welcome to the new addition. It's a drive-thru and a walk-up. I don't think I've ever been to a walk-up only Starbucks before. No inside seating. No bathroom. The outside is nice with some seats. Covered with trestles(I think?). I hope they get some plants on those eventually. Experience? Fantastic. It's Starbucks. I love the coffee. The guy who helped me was super nice and the drink was delicious. And... this Starbucks has gotta have one of the best views of any Starbucks on the planet!"
