"We drove across the island to eat here. It was totally worth it for the red curry with chicken (got it extra spicy). So good. I have had a lot of Thai food this was the best red curry I have had. The lady in the truck was also just incredible friendly and nice. Highly recommend!!!"

"Large portions, fair price/potions, and s smiling cashier. Orders were ready in about 10mins after ordering. We ordered the Pad Thai and fried spring roles and enjoyed both of them. The only complaint i had is the I thinked mine a little spicer, so I can’t knock the for that. All-in-All… we would recommend."

Generous portion of vegetable and curry. Next day, I came and ordered Papaya Salad and Green Curry - Vegetable!! Wow!! The foods are so flavorful and authentic! Papaya Salad is HUGE with super fresh Lettuce. Taste is just right. Chef Ping did her own ingredients with homemade roasted peanuts! Definitely clean. Chef Ping put the great energy while cooking with love. I love this place very much. I tried several Thai Foods around Kapaa. So far, Kauai Thai Food Truck is a Winner for “Real Thai Taste” from my experience as Thai Native. Highly recommend to come and try. Ping’s smile lights up the World! Best, Kathy"

"Excellent Thai food from a local food truck. Multiple trucks in one area, but this was the only one open at 6:30p when we visited. We ordered just the red curry with chicken. It was very flavorful and actually had a decent spice level as well! The young lady taking orders was helpful, and the (I assume) owner was really sweet and genuinely grateful for our patronage. The food did take a little longer than usual to come out, but there were several orders to be made ahead of ours, plus the quality was worth it! As a bonus, lovely beach access just at the end of the parking area"

"Ping does the best Thai food ever! She is the warmest, most loving person that happens to be an amazing cook. When we visit Kauai the first thing we want to do is visit Ping for her friendly smile and delicious food. There is nothing that she makes that isn’t scrumptious. We love everything she makes. Especially her papaya salad! OMG over the top delicious. And her Pad Thai is to die for. We dream of her food when we are home in California. There’s nothing better. Her Kauai Food Truck is a total uplift. And if you order her Thai tea, beware as you may become addicted! So good."
