"Spoke to Matt on the phone about my a/c not working like it should. He gave me a great price over the phone to have it serviced but if I had a leak, it would cost more depending on the repair. Makes sense. Dropped off the car, within 15 minutes Matt had diagnosed the problem and found a leaking discharge hose. The part was in stock at the dealership and he gave me the price for parts and labor. I agreed and Matt started the repair. When I picked it up, Matt told me the dealership gave him the wrong price for the hose and the bill was actually $50 cheaper than what he quoted me. That easily could have gone in his pocket and I wouldn’t have known the difference. You can tell that Matt is an honest and skilled mechanic. My air is ice cold and the job was done in just a couple of hours. I would highly recommend this garage for your auto repairs."
"Called around to a few places for the belt on my SUV breaking. Matt was the first person to engage me with questions about what happened and what I knew was wrong. He worked fast to diagnose the issues and looked for anything else as it is a newly purchased used car. He kept me up to date on any issues and had me back on the road the day after I dropped it off. Very nice and personable. I felt like I was being treated a lot better than some of the places, to include big name companies, back on the mainland. If I have any more issues with either of my vehicles, I will likely be a return customer."
