"The new hot honey pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust was really good. I thought it was oil but they drizzle the hot honey on to the cured pepperonis. This pizza hut has always exceeded expectations for time, quality and service."

"I like this location because it is conveniently located in the heart of town and has ample parking for the business in the building. Originally my coworker suggested this location because the ovens are hotter than the location closer to my workplace. I had a couple customization to my order that were no problem. The staff here is really friendly and helpful each time I go. This is now my primary location."

"Be aware! I requested my pizzas to be delivered to the pharmacy department inside a grocery store since I was working and I can't leave the store. Pizza didn't come when I had requested for 1pm delivery. I had to call the store to find out the driver has been outside the store because he can't come inside the store due to covid restrictions..... what restrictions!!?? The driver finally decided to come in after I had called the store and deliver the pizzas 25mins late!!"

"Manager VERY rude. Went into the location to order. Manager: Can I help you? In a harsh tone. Me: I say, we don't know what we want yet? Mgr: She looks at my daughter, what do you want? Me: I say again, we don't know what we want yet, are there any specials? Mgr: Medium or large? Me (thinking she misheard me) Do you have any specials? Mgr: Medium or Large? Me: No, what are the specials? Mgr: I need to know what you want to tell you the specials. Me: I need to know what the special is before I know what I want to order. She started to say something else ... I said nevermind and walked out. At this point I didn't know she was the manager so I went back in and asked to talk to the manager. Mgr: I AM THE MANAGER! Me: So you're just rude?! Mgr: I asked you, medium or large so I know what special to tell you. Me: You should just say the medium cost this much the large cost this much then I can decide how much I want to pay. Manager kept talking, I was too pissed at this point to remember what she said or what I said. So instead I'm leaving this review. Don't patronize this establishment. Domino's is a block away and gave me excellent service."

"The driver arrived promptly after I received the "out for delivery" text (I live 3 mins drive from the Keeaumoku store). He was polite, took his time, got out of his car and walked over to hand me my pizza. He sat in his car for awhile after, looked like he was checking my stop off his to-do list. It was a nice change to the drivers who hurrily hand your food out their window without verification that you are the correct person, no receipt, and then speed off to their next stop. My large pep. pizza w/stuffed crust was hot and delicious. Exactly what I needed at 8pm after not having a bite of food all day. I paid total of $26. Honolulu, HI."
