"No matter how you measure it, this place is absolutely FIRST CLASS. Went here for my wife's bday day brunch with a our cousins, and this place did not disappoint at all. We stayed at Aria at the Corner Suites at Aria's Towers so we're used to the 1st class treatment, but this place goes the extra mile. From the blanket covering offered during a brisk 43 degree morning, to the gas heater position just right, to the birthday celebration cake/celebration by our waiter and all of his supporting team members. Besides the 1st class treatment, the food was OUTSTANDING!! one of the best brunch places we've visited in our travels or locally. The steak and eggs were cooked exactly to request, the pancakes were fluffy and light as is pictured here, and the healthy avocado toast that my wife ordered for her bday looked MORE plush and full than as advertised! Would visit this place every time we visit Vegas even if NOT staying at Aria. SUPER VALUABLE TIP - make an easy reservation via the Yelp app to save time."

"Atmosphere is nice, clean, fun and relaxed classy. Food was good. Ordered the steak & eggs plus chicken and waffles. Steak was done right & eggs were spot on. The chicken was a little on the bland side but the maple syrup help cover for that. It's on the pricey side so expect that walking in. But at least you don't need a reservation."

"I started with the espresso martini was pretty coffee forward, next time probably won’t get it. The west coast cheesesteak was really good-definitely recommend. I upgraded to the Parmesan fries for like 4 extra dollars, wouldn’t recommend it’s just a little plop of Parmesan on some fries. My girlfriend really liked the salmon plate and the bagel, was a pretty presentation also- funny enough her only complaint was that she had to put her meal together haha. Would recommend this spot for brunch overall"

"Wonderful experience here! Food and service is fabulous. We went both days we were here and not only did they remember us, they remembered our orders. Experience was definitely worth the wait. We had the shrimp and grits, brunch burger, lobster roll, and steak and eggs. Hope to be back soon!"

"Went to the Salt and Ivy for some breakfast and yes...a cold one! I really liked this eatery inside of the Aria. The wait was not long, the service was quick and the food was spot on. Likewise, the wait staff were kind and professional. Super clean bathrooms and definitely a place to grab a hearty breakfast before hitting Las Vegas during the day. The prices were good considering LV prices."
