"If you're willing to dig through the messes other customers have made you can find some really great stuff. It's too bad the staff is stretched so thin that they can't keep up with the inconsiderate lack of common courtesy from the customers. Do better shoppers. Even with customers being rude I have witnessed the employees keep a smile on their faces while doing what they can to solve the problem."

"So disappointing. Upper management should really visit the Vegas location. This is the dirtiest, nastiest place. The floors are filthy with dirt, some unknown sticky stuff, and trash. The shelves are in a complete disarray or totally empty. Yarn displayed throughout the store in cardboard boxes. The bathrooms are gross, sticky, overflowing with trash, and not equipped with paper. I would have loved to shop the deals, but it was so gross that it wasn't comfortable. I grabbed what I came for and waited in the cattle line when other people came in and walked right up to the register without anyone saying anything to the 10 of us patiently waiting. I mentioned the rudeness to my cashier and her reply was that the cashier called for manager assistance, but no one showed up, so the girl had to just take it from this rude customer. Avoid this store until someone from corporate makes a trip out to fix this. How embarrassing for Joanne's."

"Desiree helped me at check out today and was absolutely phenomenal. She noticed when the price for an item was off and immediately remedied the situation. It’s so great to go to store and have a wonderful woman go above and beyond - with a smile too!"

"Came in for fabric for a project, not only did we find exactly what we needed they were on sale. The friendly staff at the cutting station were great and informative. They helped us with advice on thread for our project."
