Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

"Such a painful experience trying to buy paint from the girl, and only human, working there. Waited 10 minutes to show her a paint can, which I purchased from another Sherwin Williams so it has the Sherwin Williams receipt and store information on the side sticker, only to have a debate with her on where I purchased the item. I did not care where I bought the paint, I just wanted the equivalent and asked her to match the paint and color. This led to another round of the ‘where I purchased the paint’ game. We decided not to patronize this store. Best part, we go to Lowe’s and find the same person who was in front of us in the paint department too!"

"Great people that work there, very polite ,very helpful , any questions are answered and explained . Bill, Denny, Jasmine and Tyler are the main people that always assist me . I will go way out of my way to buy paint from the this paint store .the store is on Sahara and Arville , any paint sample I bring to this people and the result is a great match . In all of the Las Vegas area I chose this store .This Sherwin Williams store as my store to go to for paint."

"So I decided to stop in here on the way back to the house.. I'm remodeling a bathroom, and wanted to make sure I had the correct paint. Seriouly special thanks to Jasmin, after telling her exactly what I wanted... She knew what I needed! She was polite, and appeared to be very knowledgeable of all the products. She answered all of my questions, and so much more. I was in and out of the store I think the fastest I've ever been, and without any buyers remorse or doubts. Give this girl a bonus or raise, not just for her knowledgeable; but also the factor of customer service to a top notch level. I will definitely be back for my future purchases! Thx again."

"James and the crew were very very helpful on helping us select the right paint. We needed a paint that would stand up to the desert sun. After listening to our needs, James was able to suggest the paint that should last us for years. He didn't have all the paint in stock so he transferred it in from other stores. He did custom mixing and then helped us load the car. It was a 5-star experience, will be back."

"We called ahead to see if they had our paint. After confirming the exact numbers with the employee, we drove 45 minutes one way to pick it up. He hadn't even checked- they didnt have it. 2 hours waisted! He then tells us about another location that has it in stock that will be open at 6am. Well i'm sitting here at 6am at the location and time he gave and they don't open until 7am. Another hour waisted !"
