"I had a walk in and wait a little over an hour, which is no big whoops as a walk in. But I have had two appointments and had to wait an hour each time, and people walked in 20-30 minutes after my appointment and were seated before. So they either are poorly managing time or didn't realize we were the people we made appointments for, even though they asked who I was there to see. I also called on a Thursday to make Saturday appointments and they said call Friday. So I think their booking system might be the problem. I have had 2 guys cut my hair and they both did a great job so I came back, but I won't after waiting so long after an appointment time twice. Just feels like other customers are prioritized."
