"Thank you Charlie Friendly professional and reasonable. My black bmw rear wheel drive got stuck on pyramid way this past most recent snow storm. I called few companies ( cal - neva and their sister company maline or mayline something line she put me on hold then forgot about me) they couldn’t get a truck for at least few hours. Maline said they don’t have any trucks after all that waiting on the phone. Long story short i call carson city towing charlie answered. He told me he can come, just need to put chains on his truck. "Everyone here is great with one huge exception: the office manager. That woman is unhinged and needs to calm all the way down. No one, not even one’s worst enemy, deserves to be spoken to the way she spoke to me. She was very pleasant to deal with initially when I needed to get my RV back, but when I reached out about a missing part after retrieving it, she turned into a rabid chihuahua: super defensive, explosive, even belligerent. So unnecessary and counterproductive. Not to mention unprofessional. I’m always very kind because it’s the right thing to do, plus I prefer good service from others. But she was on something else. It’s a shame that after 10 years there, she hasn’t learned how to be consistently kind to others. Thankfully, the driver and I reached a resolution without her and I am so very grateful for his assistance, guidance, and suggestions. He and everyone else are rockstars. She, on the other hand, should probably find a job that makes her a little happier."
