"Just called for rear wheel bearings for a Dana 44 in a jeep spoke to Brian he told me they don't even have a parts carrier to supply them the parts welp that axle has been in service for 20 plus years so I did his job and looked it up on the website and yep parts in stock at the store hire people who want to work and have a knowledge base of cars not tic Tok videos smh"

"I went to all of the auto parts stores that morning just to get an oil filter that I needed. They were the only ones that actually had it out of 6 different stores. Everybody else wants me to wait an hour or two or 3 . Two get it delivered to the store. That's why I like to go to autozone. May always have what you need in stock"

"Not a fan. Will never go there again! I went to the counter and asked Jeremy can I ask you a question? He sighed and said what. Not that that wasn’t bad enough I asked what is a good degreaser for armor all behind your tires. It splashed all across my car on the bottom. He said I don’t know anything about any of the soap type stuff. I grabbed my 12$ baseball hat and left. Oreilly’s from now on. He needs lots of training starting with customer service!"

"I was going to purchase a battery for my grandson truck. There was nice lady there said let me check it for you. Try save you money if you don’t need one. One hour later, she told me battery was fine. I ended up buying alternator at the store instead. But there not many people around that will help you like that. Instead just selling you an item, especially if you’re not knowledgeable about vehicles. So for helping me out, being honest, they got my business, hands down. East Williams store."
