"I got a recall notice and made an appointment. Drove into service, asked if this was the right place? The guy couldn't find me on the schedule. I asked what was this address? He didn't even know where he was at. Finally, when my car was finished, it sat there with the hood up. The service representative never did call me from the waiting room. What a bad experience."
