Cabinets Now

"I bought kitchen cabinets, cabinets for three bathrooms and marble for countertops. when I brought the complete order home, the packages did not include: one side panel for base cabinet, three panels for walls cabinets and back panel for pantry cabinet. I tried talking to Manager Benn. At first he ignored me, and then when I told him that I would report it, he sent me pictures showing my car in front of the warehouse, and fa workers loading packages. There are absolutely no visible marks on the packages. In addition to the bad experience, my pocket also suffered because I had to order and pay again for all the parts that I had already paid for. I will try to get my money back. Beware of these people."

"Couldn’t speak of the quality or price as my husband and I walked around the showroom for 20 minutes with not so much as a “hi” from an employee. Visited on Feb 10 at 12:50pm. Left by 1:10pm. We were obviously there to seek help and peeked in and out of every crevice waiting for someone to help or explain the process. The staff seemed more concerned about sitting back in their offices than to help customers as they walk in. I’ll guess I’ll be doing my entire home remodel through a different company."

"I found the exact piece of marble I needed for my 2 bathroom vanity counters. It was hanging as a display in the store with a 30% discount tag on it. The manager "Ben" allowed me into the warehouse to look at similar pieces but the "slabs" in the warehouse DID NOT match the DISPLAY slab. Ben then told me the slab that was hanging as a display was over 5 YEARS OLD! As a customer and consumer, that's a clear misrepresentation of the product. No wonder the warehouse pieces didn't match. Anyway, I literally put my hands together and BEGGED Ben to please SELL me the display slab. He refused. I asked him for the name of the owner. He refused. Ben claimed the owner would agree with him regardless of what I asked. Isn't the point of a store is to SELL product? Especially if the display is over 5 years old? I've never met a store owner who DID NOT want to SELL their product. Apparently Ben thinks leaving a 5 year old display up in the store EVEN THOUGH the product in the warehouse DOESN'T MATCH is good business. I did some research, and the owner's name is David Wang or Weng. David, if you read this, you lost $$$. I even told Ben I'd pay him extra $ for the piece! He refused. Unbelievable."

"There's highs & lows/ pros and cons to most experiences. We had some bumps along the road.Some miscommunication/ misunderstanding in certain fees - assembly,materials etc...Julios calm, cool,collective temperament/ demeanor throughout was 5 star though!! His commitment to making it a positive experience brought what may have been a 3 star experience to 4 star overall rating due to his 5 star performance!! Keep it up Julio and Thank You!! Job well done!"
