"Worst place I’ve ever been at! I went in and the lady didn’t have customer service. I sat myself down and told her I wanted the eyebrows and upper lip for the 10$ special. She said okay and I explained to her that I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up very nicely that I’ve been growing them out for a long time and she nodded her head. I’m sitting in he chair for at the most a minute and she said okay look in the mirror you’re done. I looked at them and said to her “can you clean them up more it looks like you didn’t even clean them up.” I laid back down and didn’t think I’d have to tell her 3 MORE TIMES!! After telling her she didn’t clean them and that it looks exactly how they are when I walked in. By this time Im frustrated because I didn’t want to pay for just sitting in the chair for less than 60 seconds to not get anything cleaned up. I payed her and walked out very upset and then looked in the mirror just to see she cut my skin. It was my first visit at this location and never will I ever recommend someone here or ever go back! WORST PLACE I’VE EVER BEEN!!! Not worth one penny!!!"
