"Complete disaster! I took my son for a cut and made his hair cut terrible! A 5 year old can cut better than this place. Save your money and go somewhere else and save the embarrassment."
"Late Saturday afternoon, no wait. I described what I wanted in advance, and my stylist, Crystal, did an amazing job! Everyone was friendly, shop was clean and professionally kept."
"Came as a walk in at 4:16 PM. No one in the lobby, 3 workers in the building. One was at the front desk, 2 were working on customers. The one at the front desk takes down our information for my son and we sit to wait. About 5 mins go by, and another family walks in, checks in, and sits down. The worker at the front desk goes home, and so it's just the 2 working. The first one finishes and takes the boy from the family that came in after us. No big deal, I assumed they checked via the app, it's ok, the 2nd worker is almost done. By this time, another customer walks in, they check her in she sits down. Another woman and her young son come in as well, check in, sits down. The 2nd worker then finishes, takes the next woman that again, came in after us. A little irritated at this point. It's 4:46 PM and the 1st worker finishes up with the boy, and then takes the other woman that again, came in after us. So it's getting close to almost an hour of sitting, waiting, and being passed up. I understand that checking in online is the way to go, but if we are checked in before anyone else is in the lobby we should have been picked in between someone. So I left. Because I just watched 3 people pass my son in line who were not even in the building yet. After we were "checked in" we were never acknowledged, spoken to, or even looked at. No "hey you're up next" or "we didn't forget about you guys, don't worry". So if you're gonna come here as a walk in with an empty lobby, go ahead and just download the app because wow did I feel horribly ignored and disrespected."
"I asked for shoulder length and emphasized that I needed to still be able to put it up in a pony tail. The first cut she made was ABOVE THE CHIN. It wasn't even a gradual reduction in length to ask me if it was ok, my hair was gone with the first cut. This is the worst haircut I've ever had and it's so uneven. I have a graduation coming up and wanted my hair in a bun but that can't happen now. Please don't come here, my hair is ruined. If you do go, don't get put in the first chair on the right."
